Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TrustedCell Power website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in effect in the Province of Quebec, Canada. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Provision of the Service

TrustedCell Power provides battery design and manufacturing solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information you may have and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
  • Violates the intellectual property rights of TrustedCell Power or any third party.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of TrustedCell Power and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TrustedCell Power.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrustedCell Power, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
