This Privacy Policy describes how TrustedCell Power ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your Personal Information when you visit or use our website (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR c P-39.1) and the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (sanc. 2020, c. 29, s. 212), also known as Bill 64 or Law 25, in Quebec, Canada.

In the event of a confidentiality incident involving your Personal Information that presents a risk of serious injury, we will promptly notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as required by Law 25.

  • Right of Access: You have the right to request access to your Personal Information held by us.
  • Right of Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your Personal Information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous.
